Baked fish with grilled eggplant
Fillet of haddock marinated in soy sauce TM KIKKOMAN TERIYAKI with eggplant for a side dish, made with sugar and soy sauce TM KIKKOMAN LIGHT with garlic.

Ingredients

  • Fish

    300 г

  • Olive oil

    1 ст. л.

  • Soy sauce

    2 ст. л.

  • Eggplant

    1 шт

  • Garlic

    2 зуб.

  • Olive oil

    1 ст. л.

  • Sugar

    1 ч. л.

  • Soy sauce

    2 ст. л.

  • Green onions

    1 ст. л.

I made a fillet of haddock and I got about 300 g's for two. Fish fillets can take any. Spread the pieces in a bowl and coat them with olive oil, which can be replaced by sunflower.

Pour soy sauce, KIKKOMAN TERIYAKI and let it be for the fish for 10-15 minutes.

Make eggplant. My it and dry it. Cook garlic, sugar and soy sauce. I got eggplant TM KIKKOMAN LIGHT.

Garlic finely chop, eggplant cut into semi-thin plates.

Pour oil in a pan, heat it and spread half of the garlic. Make a minute for the oil to become fragrant.

Lay the eggplant, fry them until until they become soft. It's fast.

Add the remaining garlic, sugar and soy sauce and mix everything together. Diminish the fire, cover it and do a few more minutes. Eggplant ready.

The fish put in oven preheated t 180 C for 7-10 minutes.

Serve fish baked with eggplant. Sprinkle the top with green onions.
