Description
As I wrote in the recipe "Swiss pie" the tone of our dinner he asked! I wanted something unusual, delicate and sweet-sour. So was born this dish. Come, my dear Cooks, try!

Cooking
In a bowl, put the washed drumsticks, add apricots, mustard, salt, mint, 50 ml wine and leave to marinate for 30 minutes.
At this time we will put to boil the rice according to the instructions on the package ( I have the pic ready before the specified time for 10 minutes).
In a frying pan, heat 50 grams of butter, put our drumsticks, shaking off their excess marinade
Fry both sides until Golden brown
Then add the remaining marinade (without the apricots), add the barberries, sliced apricot
Add wine syrup ( I just mixed in the glass)
Add the chopped ginger root, add sugar, taste for salt, if needed, potseluem and leave to simmer on a slow fire for about 30 minutes (then spun and forgot to take a photo of the finished chicken with sauce)
Our rice is cooked meanwhile - pull out and allow to drain excess fluid
In a saucepan heat remaining butter, place the apricots from the marinade and saute for 5-10 minutes
Then add the rice, stir and warmed up for 5-10 minutes on low heat.
We serve our lunch for the closest person who is always there for her husband)
The chicken turned out very tender and juicy, sweet flavor is enhanced with sour barberries and a slight kick of ginger, and silky sweet rice fits perfectly into the overall picture!
