Chicken with apricot rice
As I wrote in the recipe "Swiss pie" the tone of our dinner he asked! I wanted something unusual, delicate and sweet-sour. So was born this dish. Come, my dear Cooks, try!

In a saucepan heat remaining butter, place the apricots from the marinade and saute for 5-10 minutes
