Fish rolls
Very juicy, tender rolls of fish. I got my favorite fish of the Baikal omul, but these rolls can be prepared, and smelt, vendace and other fish-like forms.

Ingredients

  • Fish

    1 кг

  • Lemon

    1 шт

  • Pepper

    0.5 шт

  • Soy sauce

    1 ч. л.

  • Cheese curd

    200 г

  • Cream

    100 мл

  • Allspice

  • Balsamic

    1 ч. л.

Fish to clean, gut, rinse well

Cutting off the head and removing the spine (but leaving a tail), to separate the fillet, remove all bones. Cut fins.

Prepare the marinade: the lemon remove pulp. To combine the flesh of the lemon, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, ground black pepper and roll everything in a blender.

Marinate the fish for 30 minutes.

Bell pepper cut into long stripes. Put on Board fish fillet skin down, coat the inside of the fish cottage cheese on the edge to put a strip of pepper, fold rolls and stab with a toothpick.

Lay the rolls on a sheet, greased with vegetable oil or covered with Mat for baking.

Pour the cream rolls.

Bake in preheated oven at 230 degrees until it will turn brown, about 20-30 minutes.
