Chicken braised in Apple cider sauce with mushrooms

Ingredients

  • Butter

  • Water

  • Tomato

  • Bay leaf

    1 ч. л.

Melt in a deep frying pan butter

Add a tablespoon (no slides) sifted flour

Stirring constantly, add 2/3 Cup beef broth ( I have chicken) and 2 grated sour Apple (I have Antonovka), how seized, immediately remove and put in a bowl the sauce

Fried on high heat the chicken, add sliced mushrooms ( I had boiled and frozen morels from the may stores) and finely chopped onion, reduce the fire to medium

Give a little to stand under the lid ( about 2 minutes) and pour the sauce

Mix and add half a Cup of water, cover, basemodel to small and simmer for 10 minutes, then add a tablespoon of dried tomatoes,2 leaf Lavrushka and salt
