Cooking
Fish wash, the ginger RUB on a small grater, squeeze the juice of 1 lemon.
KIKKOMAN soy sauce, lemon juice, ginger, dry white wine, honey, salt, pepper mix together. The fish carefully pour the marinade (inside, outside) and leave to marinate for half an hour (or more).
Preheat the oven to 200C, grease a baking sheet with olive oil, put the fish (as I have in the picture, and on one side, as usual) and send the fish to the oven to the lowest level for 30-40 minutes.
Prepare the garnish. Carrots and celery, peel the cucumber and onion to wash.
Carrots, celery, cucumber cut into ribbons (you can use a straw, you can just float - it's just a feed), onion cut into feathers.
In a separate bowl, mix the salad ingredients and season with salt. Let them juice.
