Fish in soy mustard sauce
Fish turns out very tender, and the soy sauce TM Kikkoman only emphasizes the taste of fish, but does not interrupt it, unlike regular mayonnaise

Ingredients

  • Fish fillets

    700 г

  • Tomato

  • Soy sauce

  • Dutch cheese

    50 г

  • Chicken egg

    2 шт

  • Mustard

    1 ст. л.

  • Garlic

  • Greens

  • Sunflower oil

  • Lemon juice

  • Salt

  • Sugar

  • Black pepper

Prepare the necessary products

Fish fillets put into the form, salt, pepper

Prepare sauce, mix and grind half a tomato, eggs, mustard, garlic, soy sauce (Kikkoman TM), lemon juice, 1/2 tsp salt and sugar

After you get a smooth paste, continue whisking until desired consistency, gradually infusing sunflower oil. The more oil, the thicker the sauce will be. I was doing to the state of low fat sour cream. The resulting sauce pour the fish

The remaining tomatoes finely chopped, spread on top of sauce. Add fresh herbs as desired (I used dill). Sprinkle with grated cheese. Put into the oven for 30-40 minutes at 180-200 degrees
