Very tender, juicy chicken with vegetables stewed in their own broth. Rich aroma and captivating flavor. Easily and quickly prepared.

Ingredients

  • Chicken

  • Onion

  • Garlic

    0,5 ч. л.

  • Black pepper

    0,1 ч. л.

  • Cilantro

    0,5 ч. л.

  • Khmeli-suneli

    0,5 ч. л.

  • Ginger

    0,5 ч. л.

  • Oregano

    0,5 ч. л.

  • Basil

    0,5 ч. л.

  • Tomato

  • Pepper

    1 шт

  • Olive oil

    2 ст. л.

Cooking

Carve the chicken portions and boil for 15 minutes (without any spices)

Carrots cut into slices and put to fry in a dry pan without oil

Onion cut into half rings, pepper into small cubes and add to the carrots with 1 tbsp olive oil

Pour into a bowl all the above spices and stir them

When our vegetables were polushilos 10 minutes, add to them the finely chopped garlic and thinly sliced into half rings tomato and simmer for another 5 min.

Chilled chicken peel and well coat each piece with spices

Put it to fry with 1 tbsp olive oil for 5 min.

Now, add the vegetables to the chicken and separated 1 Cup broth in which the cooked chicken and simmer on low heat 10-15 min.
