Here are all the ingredients for a hearty dinner. Wild rice, tender chicken and fresh spinach. Not only is this dish healthy and delicious, it's super simple and fast. Which, of course, makes it even better!

Cooking
In skillet, heat olive oil, sauté the chicken on both sides until Golden brown about 5 minutes. Arrange on a plate.
Chop the mushrooms coarsely. Fry in the same pan. Rinse spinach, add to mushrooms, fry stirring constantly.
Boil the rice according to the directions on the package.
Prepare sour cream and Dutch cheese grate on a coarse grater.
In the pan the mushrooms and the spinach put wild rice, sour cream, pour the broth. Add salt, and season with coarsely ground chili pepper.
Mix, put on top of chicken, sprinkle with cheese. Put in preheated oven for 20 minutes until cooked chicken.
Sprinkle the finished dish with parsley. Bon Appetite!
