Pancakes from chard
Raised this year for the first time, chard (leaf beet), long hands did not reach to try out this vegetable, and finally found the time. In this recipe instead of Swiss chard you can also use spinach.

Ingredients

  • Beetroot leaves

  • Sour cream

    50 г

  • Soda

  • Vegetable oil

Chop chard leaves (stalks cut).

In a bowl pour in the kefir and add sour cream, add soda and mix thoroughly (to repay soda). Add salt to taste.
