Chicken Breasts with cheese sauce
Dish simply yum!!!I'm sure everyone will like.

Ingredients

  • Chicken breast

    2 шт

  • Cheese

    100 г

  • Broth

    200 мл

  • Dry white wine

    100 мл

  • Sour cream

    100 г

  • Lettuce

    1 шт

  • Greens

    1 шт

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Bay leaf

1. Wash the chicken Breasts, the meat separated from the bones, lightly beat off.

2. Chicken fillet cut into portion pieces.

3. In a saucepan pour chicken broth and wine.

4. Put the fillets, add salt, simmer for 15-20 min.

5. Add peppercorns, Bay leaf, simmer on low heat for 10 min.

6. Fillet pieces to shift into a separate bowl. Left over from the stewing sauce to drain.

7. Parsley, dill and lettuce to wash.

8. Grate cheese on a fine grater.

10. Sauce bring to boil,add sour cream,cheese,pepper.

11. Cook for 5 mins, put parsley and dill, cook until thick.
