Cooking
Chopped into pieces chicken drumsticks simmer until almost cooked. Remove from the pan
In butter fry chopped onion, garlic and ginger.
Put the chicken drumsticks, add oyster and soy sauce, spice mixture "13 flavors" and mix well. Cook for a few minutes.
Here is a mixture of "13 flavors". You can also use a mixture of "5 spice"
Add pineapple and wine. Stir and cook for another few minutes.
