Cooking
Onion and garlic finely chop, mushrooms - plates, and the carrots and zucchini with a vegetable peeler - stripes. Break spaghetti and boil in salted water until tender. On.. fry the onion and garlic until Golden and add the vegetables and mushrooms. Cover with a lid and give a little out. Then remove from heat and add spaghetti.
In otdelnoy dish mix eggs (whisked with a fork), cream, cheese, salt and pepper. Vystelim form dough.
Add the vegetables to the egg mixture and seeds, all carefully stir the mixture and gently put in the form with the dough. I have the dough a little more shape, so I edge a little bent. Top the quiche sprinkle with seeds.
Put in a preheated 180º oven and bake for 40 minutes.
Remove from the oven, cut a slice and enjoy the taste. All a pleasant appetite!
