American smoked catfish on the grill
My family and friends very well have gone fishing. The catch was small, but we managed to catch my favorite American catfish. Marinate them in spices TM Forester and fried on coals with the chips. To say that it tastes good, it's nothing to say) Amazingly flavorful and tender fish )Just a Delight!

Ingredients

Catfish wash and gut.

To prepare a set for marinating fish with Smoking chips TM Forester. The chips soak for 30 minutes in water as directed on the package.

Prepare the marinade. From lemon squeeze the juice, add the vegetable oil and spices. Mix well.

The fish on top and inside the well to lubricate the prepared marinade and leave in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

On the coals with a moderate heat to scatter chips.

Put catfish in the grate and grill TM Forester.

Fry until cooked and Golden in colour, turning occasionally grill.
