Cooking
Quinoa mixed with bulgur, boil in boiling salted water 8-10 minutes until tender.
Onions finely chop, fry in vegetable oil TM "generous gift" until Golden brown. Onion place in a bowl.
Cod cut into small pieces, fry it in the pan, where roasted onions, breaking up into small pieces, 10-15 minutes. Season with salt and white pepper.
Mix fried onion, quinoa, bulgur, sunflower seeds and sesame seeds.
In oiled baking dish put the fried fillet of cod.
Put "coat". Preheat the oven to 180 deg., bake for 15 minutes.
