Description
Delicious krupenik of buckwheat with curd. Sugar I replaced with honey, brush up natural and tasty. Served with a variety of jams ( I chose the jam TM "Maheev" Black currant).

Cooking
Boil buckwheat in water with salt.
Beat eggs with salt and vanilla.
Curd grind with a fork. Add to the egg mass and whip.
Mix the buckwheat with the mix and honey.
The silicone form of grease with butter and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Spread the mass. Cover it with slices of butter.
Put in oven until cooked. I was baked somewhere in 45 minutes.
Ready krupenik you can cover the top with sour cream.
