Cooked buckwheat with mushrooms and vegetables for dinner. A hearty and delicious dish.

Ingredients

  • Buckwheat

  • Shallots

  • Carrots

  • Pepper

  • Mushrooms

    400 г

  • Salt

  • Greens

  • Sunflower oil

  • Sauce

Ingredients: cooked buckwheat, mushrooms, shallots, carrots, bell pepper.

Carrots, onions cut in dice and fried in a pan in sunflower oil for 5 minutes. Mushrooms cut plates and put in a frying pan to carrots and onions. All together fry for about 10 minutes. Then put in a pan the diced pepper and roasted for five minutes.

Shifted into the pan of cooked buckwheat, added oil and fried for another five minutes on medium heat.

At the very end added the chopped herbs and the pan closed with a lid. Dinner's ready.

Serve the dish with buckwheat chopped fresh vegetables sprinkled with red pepper and salt.

Ran sweet chili sauce.
