Rolls with chicken and vegetables
Rolls and an appetizer and a full meal. Sharp taste with a creamy cheese hue, inspired by Mexican cuisine.

Ingredients

  • Chicken breast

Remove the meat from the chicken breast, cut into stripes. Grind cumin and add to the meat along with turmeric.

Add the soy sauce. Send breast marinated in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. You can leave for the night.

Carrot grate, onion cut into half rings. Send the vegetables in the preheated pan. And fry a little. Finely chop hot peppers and garlic. Send in the pan. Add the chopped coriander and black pepper. Fry a little more.

Vegetables to cool. Add corn starch, mix well.
