Cooking
Apple should be cleaned and cut into cubes with sides of about 6 mm, celery cut into slices about 3 mm.
Next, you need to melt the butter and add the cumin and fry a little, and immediately add the finely chopped onion which is fried until tender, about 5 minutes.
You then add Apple and celery and keep frying for another 5 minutes, after which the fire should be turned off and add the remaining ingredients (breadcrumbs, currants, parsley, salt and pepper), mix well.
Each chicken need to make a small pocket and put in a filling.
Stuffed fillet you can salt to taste.
Next, you pour vegetable oil on a heated pan, and fry the fillets for 2 minutes on each side.
Then fold the fillets in a baking dish in which it will be sent in a preheated 220 degree oven for 15 minutes.
While fillets bake, you can prepare the sauce. For this you need to pour the flour into the vacated fillet from the pan, pour the Apple juice, soy sauce and chicken broth, then stir, bring to a boil and thickens (the liquid volume should be reduced by half, this should take about 8 minutes).
Take out fillet from the oven, cut diagonally, pour the sauce and serve.
