Vegetable risotto with herbs
A minimal set of ingredients, simplicity of execution and the bouquet of spices make this dish unusual and bright. Try it, it's a great alternative to regular boiled rice.

To prepare the products.

In a deep frying pan ( my wok) heat the vegetable oil, put cumin, mustard and cinnamon. Warm up the spices for 2-3 minutes.

To the spices add the rice, season with salt and pepper, add turmeric, fry for 2-3 minutes.

Pour the rice with water, close the pan with a lid, reduce the heat and cook for about 20 minutes. If the water evaporates and the rice is still not cooked, add another 0.5 cups. When the rice is almost cooked, sprinkle with juice of 1/2 lemon, add the parsley and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
