    1/4 ч. л.

    2/3 ч. л.

  • Vanilla

    1/8 ч. л.

  • Basil

    1 ч. л.

  • Seasoning

    1 ст. л.

  • Paprika sweet

    1/2 ч. л.

  • Cinnamon

    1/5 ч. л.

  • Garlic

    1/2 ч. л.

  • Cognac

    50 мл

  • Butter

    1 ч. л.

  • Sunflower oil

    1 ст. л.

Cooking

Mix turmeric, salt, black pepper, Chile and paprika, 15 herbs and spices, garlic, vanilla, cinnamon, sugar, Basil and ginger. Stir thoroughly.

Cut the chicken into cubes (or something similar to them)

In hot water, add 2/3 of seasoning mix, vegetable oil and chicken. Cook for 30 minutes.

Drain the broth from the chicken in some deep bowl or pan and set aside. Drain the chicken on a hot pan. Add butter and splash of cognac. Fry for 5 minutes.

Pour meat broth. Simmer covered, for 30 to 50 minutes.

While the chicken cooked, cook the rice with the remaining seasoning blend until tender.
