Chicken Umbrian
Chicken with vegetables, beans, white wine ketchup "Maheev" Bulgarian.

Ingredients

  • Garlic

Onions and garlic peel, chop. Celery wash, cut into small pieces. Reheat in a deep frying pan half vegetable oil and sauté the vegetables on medium heat 8 min. Bacon cut into small pieces, add to pan and cook, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes. with a slotted Spoon to put the vegetables and bacon in a bowl, set aside.

Chicken legs and wings to wash, thoroughly dry. Pour into the pan the remaining oil, fry the chicken pieces 4 minutes on each side. Season with salt.

Pour in the wine. Cook over high heat, stirring occasionally until all the liquid is evaporated. Add tomatoes, sugar, rosemary needles and Bay leaf. Pour 100 ml of cold water, stir and bring to a boil.

Return to the pan of vegetables and bacon. Add the boiled beans and ketchup "Maheev" Bulgarian mix. Cook under a lid for 10 min.
