Cooking
Potatoes cut into thin slices.
Onions, carrots and peppers cut into arbitrarily.
Dismantle the cauliflower into large florets and boil for 10 minutes in salted water. After that, give water to drain.
Onion, carrot and pepper fry.
Cut bacon. I have this regular home bacon.
Fry the bacon and add the potatoes. All together, fry until Golden brown.
In the form put potatoes with bacon. A little salt.
Then onion, carrot and pepper.
Florets of cauliflower. Add the cream trying to do it quickly. Evenly on each inflorescence.
Sprinkle top with grated cheese and add some ketchup for brightness. Cover with foil, not tightly. Put into the oven on 200 gr. for about 30 minutes. Then remove foil and leave in oven until Browning of the crust.
