Delicious eggplant baked with crab meat.

Ingredients
Eggplant cut in half, pepper, pour vegetable oil and send bake in the oven for 15 minutes
Crab meat finely chopped.
Onion, garlic, ginger grind and add to crab meat.
There also add bread crumbs.
Break 2 eggs.
Add the soy sauce. Stir, remove from the oven eggplant and spread them on top of the filling. Again send the eggplant bake until tender.
Ready eggplant sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bon appetit.
