Boiled buckwheat without salt, sugar and butter.

Apricots pour warm water and leave for 30 minutes, drain the water, dry and cut into small cubes.

The porridge is cooked, to give it a little cool, put in a big bowl of porridge, cottage cheese, dried apricots, honey, salt, nuts - all mix well. Separately beat the eggs with the milk (I used 0.5 cups you can and more) and add in the porridge. Put in the oven for 30 - 40 minutes at 180 degrees. Then grease a casserole with sour cream and bake another 10 minutes.
