Fish soup with cabbage
Selyanka fish - fragrant thick soup or liquid the second. Sauerkraut, Yes pickles, but dried chanterelles! True Russian vegetable dish.


  • Fish fillets

    300 g

  • Cabbage

  • Cucumber

  • Mushrooms

    1 handful

  • Green olives

  • Onion

  • Black pepper

  • Vegetable oil


Boil a handful of dried mushrooms (I have dry chanterelles) in slightly salted water with the onion until soft. You can take any fresh mushrooms, then they will need about 200 g. They are pre-cut into several parts.
Sauerkraut saute with 2 tbsp water in a saucepan under a lid until tender - about 15-20 minutes.
Chop the onion cubes and slightly fry in vegetable oil.
Mushrooms remove from broth, squeeze out excess liquid, chop finely and add to the onions, fry a little.
Fish fillet cut into not to small pieces. Approximately 2 2 cm Fry together with the onions and mushrooms for a few minutes.
Add to onion-mushroom mixture with the fish about a Cup of mushroom broth, a little put out without a lid.
Add sauerkraut, sliced pickles and olives, sliced. Greens, ground black pepper and salt to taste. And saute for 1-2 minutes. The villager is ready!
