Green onion dip
Very soft and tender, the sauce a slight kick, which is perfect for ribs grill and barbecue.


  • Pork ribs

    2 kg

  • Onion

    1.5 kg

  • Soy sauce

    0.25 cup

  • Black pepper

    1 tsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Green onions

    150 g

  • Mustard

    50 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Soy sauce

    3 Tbsp

  • Mayonnaise

    3 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Greens

    20 g


Wash ribs, onion mince, add soy sauce "Kikkoman", pepper and salt ( to Your taste). Mix well and leave to marinate for 1-2 hours. Fry the ribs on the gray coals until cooked.
While frying the ribs, make them the sauce. Eggs to clean, fresh herbs wash and dry. If You don't have mustard, replace it garlic arrow.
Cut the greens and eggs. All folded up in a blender, add soy sauce "Kikkoman" and the rest of the ingredients. All carefully whisk until smooth.
Everything is ready, you can apply.
