Lean biscuit Apple pie
In lent to eat this cake is just fun. Tasty, healthy and delicious without breaking the post. The biscuit dough, lean, hard to distinguish from a real biscuit. Simple to prepare, try it.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    225 g

  • Sugar

    175 g

  • Salt

    2 g

  • Vegetable oil

    5 Tbsp

  • Leavening agent

    4 tsp

  • Mineral water

    250 ml

  • Apple

    4 piece

  • Turmeric

    0.5 tsp

  • Powdered sugar

    3 Tbsp

Cooking

To prepare the form grease with vegetable oil and sprinkle flour. Apples peel and cut into thin slices.

In a bowl put everything in order. Flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, turmeric. With a spoon mix everything well. Add the oil and sparkling mineral water. Mix well.

Pour the batter into the pan, on top of the apples. Put in pre-heated oven. Temperature of 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes until tender.

Apple pie is ready remove from the oven. Allow to cool.

The cooled cake sprinkle with powdered sugar. Bon appetit!!!
