The curd
I have a complicated relationship with cheese. Cranky I it is very. But dishes of cheese love unconditionally, and among them the curd in the first place. But I love to have curd the taste was, pardon the tautology, cottage cheese. Not pancakes, not pancakes with cottage cheese, but it is here!   • Cheese

    500 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Corn starch

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Soda

    1 pinch


Products it is advisable to take one temperature.
In the bowl of a food processor put the cheese, add the eggs, salt and sugar. Punching until smooth.
Add the cornstarch and baking soda. Punching again.
Put the mixture in silicone molds, lightly tamping and exactly one edge.
Put in microwave for 3 minutes at a power of 800 watts.
Let stand for 2 minutes. Seen as slightly rose cheesecake. The finished curd is slightly out of the tins and become pale elastic. You may need a little more time microwave ovens different. But add it a little better for 20 seconds and check. To prevent drying is highly undesirable.
