Cooking
In warm milk bred yeast and allow to stand for 5-10 minutes.

Fold the dough like a letter and roll out again. Repeat the procedure 2 more times.
The dough wrap in cling film and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Now prepare the cream. Whisk cream cheese with sugar and egg. By the way, sometimes I replace the cream cheese grated cheese with sour cream.
