step-1
Meanwhile, combine the flour, sugar, salt and lemon zest. On a coarse grater grate the cold butter and RUB into crumbs.
step-2
In a mixture of milk and yeast add the egg yolks
step-3
And immediately pour into flour mixture. Wooden spatula knead the dough. It is a bit sticky.
step-4
Cover with food film and refrigerate at least 2 hours. As I wrote, it is safe to leave on overnight.
step-5
Chilled dough spread on the table, sprinkled with flour.
step-6
Roll out into a square with sides of about 35 cm.
step-7
Fold the dough like a letter and roll out again. Repeat the procedure 2 more times.
step-8
The dough wrap in cling film and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
step-9
Now prepare the cream. Whisk cream cheese with sugar and egg. By the way, sometimes I replace the cream cheese grated cheese with sour cream.
step-10
Chilled dough divide into 2 parts. Each roll out into a rectangle of 30*25 cm Make cuts at an angle. First, spread cream cheese (here I blunted a bit. First, put the cream, and then began to carry the product on a baking tray :))) spread on Top of berries and "zaplatim" braid.
step-11
Cover with a damp towel and allow to stand for 30 minutes. Grease milk (or egg yolk with water, as you like)
step-12
And send in a preheated 180 degree oven for about 30 minutes.
step-13
While the scythe cools, make the glaze: mix together milk and powdered sugar
step-14
Put the mixture in kinetic and drawn on a "spit" pattern
