Pumpkin cake with chocolate icing
Once wary attitude to sweet cakes, which include vegetables... But curiosity and a beautiful picture captivated me and I'm enjoying the next piece, I want to offer this recipe to you, dear cooks! Moist, flavorful cake ( the taste of pumpkin, by the way, does not feel ) and very, very harmoniously complement the tip of a soft thick layer of chocolate! Vkusnota!

  • Cream

  • Butter

    125 g

  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pack

  • Salt

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Flour

    100 g

  • Leavening agent

    8 g

  • Almonds

    50 g

  • Dark chocolate

    100 g

  • Cocoa powder

Our products! I did half portion. For standard pan 32*42 cm, increase the number of products in 2 times.

Pumpkin wash, peel, remove seeds and shred on a grater. The original recipe didn't say how finely RUB - I rubbed on the average.

Soft beat butter with sugar, pinch of salt and vanilla sugar.

Enter in the oil mixture, one at a time, 3 eggs, beating well after each addition.
