Our products! I did half portion. For standard pan 32*42 cm, increase the number of products in 2 times.
Pumpkin wash, peel, remove seeds and shred on a grater. The original recipe didn't say how finely RUB - I rubbed on the average.
Soft beat butter with sugar, pinch of salt and vanilla sugar.
Enter in the oil mixture, one at a time, 3 eggs, beating well after each addition.
Mix the flour, almonds and baking powder.
Enter flour mixture to oil, stir.
In the end add the shabby pumpkin and stir.
The oven in advance to be included on 175 degrees. Baking dish 20*25 oil or, like me, to lay a paper for baking. Distribute the dough in shape and bake for about 25 minutes.
The finished cake cooled on a wire rack.
