Vegetable soup with mushrooms
Share with you, my good, my vegetable soup. My peasants felt it a good choice. Maybe your home will not abandon him.

Ingredients

  • Cabbage

    0.25 plug

  • Mushrooms

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Lemon juice

    3 Tbsp

  • A bouillon cube

    2 piece

  • Vegetable oil

  • Salt

  • Greens

  • Beets

    1 piece

Cooking

Mushrooms, onion, carrot fry in vegetable oil.

Pour boiling water as the soup. Allow to simmer.

Shred cabbage finely. Cook until softened.

Cut the potatoes into dice and add to soup.

There also add finely chopped garlic.

Beets (I had already boiled) to grate and add to the broth. Raw I usually fried along with carrots and onions you fried.
