He is a very good cold meat and poultry, but is best suited to all kinds of sandwiches, burgers and rolls from lavash... help yourself.

Cooking
Start preparing our sauce. Chop cucumbers into thin polukoltsami. Cucumbers need without bitterness. If your cucumbers taste bitter, it is better not to use them, otherwise the sauce will have a bitter taste. Onion cut into half rings.
Put onions and cucumbers in a saucepan. Add 2 tablespoons of salt. Mix well and put under pressure. Leave at least an hour. Better for 2-3, so the cucumbers gave the excess moisture.
When the cucumbers stand up - stand out quite a lot of liquid. We pour out and very well washed cucumbers.
Dilute a tablespoon of starch Cup (250 ml) of cold water.
Spread the cucumbers with the onion in a saucepan. Add a glass (250 ml) water, sugar, vinegar, black pepper, dill and the seasoning "Maggi" to pickle". Allow to boil and cook on a medium heat until cooked cucumbers and onions (ready cucumbers become transparent). The sauce will be a beautiful yellow - green color, if you add 1/4 teaspoon of turmeric.
When cucumbers and onions are cooked, add water, diluted starch and cook for a few minutes so the sauce thickens. Use immersion blender ( or a convenient other way) burirum our sauce until smooth. I like when the sauce caught small pieces of cucumbers and onions, so I make this step almost missed, only slightly chopped the vegetables.
