Dressing for any vegetable salad, is well suited to Greek.
Ingredients

Vegetable oil

Mustard

Basil

Apple juice
50 ml

Balsamic
15 ml

Salt
2 g
Cooking
Put in a blender the mustard, spices, vegetable oil and good penetration.
Add the Apple juice and balsamic vinegar, whisk well until the consistency of 10% cream.
