Cherry adorns our garden in the spring and summer. And in the winter it is so nice to open a jar of fragrant and sweet jam from sweet cherries for a family tea party. Well, the kids are ready to eat jam year-round. Even if You cherry darling, don't deny yourself the pleasure to cook this jam for dessert.

Cooking
Cherries should be washed, dried and remove seeds. Spread the cherries in the bowl multivarki, sprinkle them with sugar. The amount of sugar, adjust depending on sweetness of cherries. I had a very sweet, sort of "Tavrichanka". Leave the cherries with the sugar overnight in a cool place to release the juice.
The next day included multivarku mode "Jam" for 1 hour. Temperature control - 100-108С, the cover is open. Jam boils in 10 minutes. Appears foam, which is certainly removable. It took another 15 minutes. Grind jam immersion blender. At the beginning of the jam will seethe. Then varivas, it will start to gurgle fun. Ovarium another 30 minutes, stirring occasionally with a spoon with a long handle to our cheerful gurgling turned into angry spray. 5 minutes before end of cooking add lemon juice.
Test the jam for readiness: a drop of jam on a saucer does not spread. Pour the jam in sterilized jars and tighten lids.
I cooked 3 kg of cherries in two passes. It received seven 0,5 l cans and 200. Allow to cool. Our delicious cherry jam is ready.
