In a strawberry smoothie instead of yogurt you can use yogurt. I sometimes make kefir with 2,5%. But it's a little thinner than yogurt. Yogurt use lactose free. I have it intolerance. You can juice any fruit or berry. I added a fresh orange, because in the jam from dandelions there is orange. Below is a link to the jam from dandelions.
