Smoothie
Serum use for several months, but just recently found out that its regular consumption helps to cope with frequent headaches. But the serum I love it when it's still warm, and when you stand up, I do not like it. Very soon one of the social networks in the tape I found several smoothie recipes and one of them in the serum, which, of course, interested me. I began to experiment with different ingredients and it was so delicious that smoothie I now cook almost every day. Though recipes and simple, but I still dare to share with You the most favorite for me and my family. Smoothie "Fructose" I even snack when I'm out for a long time, and I know that lunch would not be possible.

Ingredients

  • Bran

    4 Tbsp

  • Serum

    500 ml

  • Banana

    1 piece

  • Apple

    2 piece

  • Maple syrup

    1 Tbsp
