Carrot cake
The site has a similar, but boiled carrots. I do of raw. Very tasty cake-the cake quickly disappears from the table. Very well tolerated freezing (blank for future use for unexpected guests), after thawing, it becomes even tastier. Tested! And yet - this cake reminds of my childhood, it is often baked by my mother.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    2 cup

  • Margarine

    200 g

  • Carrots

    1 cup

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Sugar

    1.25 cup

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pack

  • Raisins

    1 cup

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

  • Rum

    1 Tbsp

  • Milk

    8 Tbsp

  • Cocoa powder

    2 Tbsp

  • Butter

    50 g

Cooking

1 Cup grated carrots need 2 large or 3 small carrots

Melted and then cooled margarine, mix with sugar, eggs, carrots

Add the flour, SLAKED SODA, vanilla, rum and raisins or nuts (or both)

Ready flavors we sell, but we can take just the rum or any flavored liqueur, or lemon zest/orange

All mix well with a whisk or spoon (not a mixer!). You should get the dough slightly thicker than for pancakes.

The dough spread in the form and put in preheated to 200*C oven for 20-25 minutes.

Readiness check cake with a toothpick.

While baking the cake, cook the icing: milk+sugar+cocoa cook, stirring occasionally, 10-15 minutes

Add the butter, stir and let them cool. Recipes frosting much, but I do milk or sour cream

Korzh cut into 2 parts, the bottom coat layer of frosting

Blend second layer and fill it podstawowa frosting

Put on the cold. After a couple of hours to CUT and EAT. Hot tea or cold milk - all delicious!

Don't eat the pie hot, it may seem overly moist, heavy... Be patient, in the cold it is much tastier.
