Vienna cherry pie
Recipe found in a cookbook by Julia Vysotskaya. A cake is airy, sweet and sour, and just melts in your mouth. The only difference with the original recipe - I took less cherries (in the original 300 gr. ).

Ingredients

  • Flour

    200 g

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Butter

    180 g

  • Sugar

    140 g

  • Cherry

    100 g

  • Almonds

    120 g

  • Powdered sugar

    40 g

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 Tbsp

Our products: thawed cherries, flour, butter, eggs, sugar, powdered sugar, baking powder and almond petals.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Oil can cut finely and add sugar.
