Simple but original starter.

Ingredients

  • Baguette

    1 piece

  • Dill

    1 coup

  • Carrots

    3 piece

  • Beets

    3 piece

  • Garlic

    6 tooth

  • Mayonnaise

    5 Tbsp

  • Salt

Dill finely chop garlic using a garlic press and mix with mayonnaise.

Carrots grate on a fine grater, mix with garlic and mayonnaise.

Beets also RUB on a small grater, add the garlic and mayonnaise, season with salt to taste.

Loaf( or baguette) cut into 4 pieces.

The first part of the layer of 1cm layer of mayonnaise mix with dill.

Cover with the second part of the loaf and smear the mixture with the carrots.

Cover with the third part of the loaf and smear the mixture with beets

Cover a fourth of the loaf. Tightly wrap in clingfilm and leave for a few hours on the table, and then put into the fridge. Before serving, cut with a sharp knife into pieces about 2-3cm. Bon appetite!!!
