Cooking

step-0
1. Prepare the products. Pre-boil the vegetables, cool and peel them. Cut the avocado into two halves, remove the pit, and gently, with a teaspoon, remove the pulp
step-1
2. Cheese grate on a fine grater.
step-2
3. Put into blender: herring fillets, potatoes and 1 tbsp butter, grind. Butter can be replaced by vegetable.
step-3
4. Here you can quantity of herring to subtract or add a bit where then -+50 gr.
step-4
5. Herring divide the mass into 4 parts.
step-5
6. Put the vegetables and avocado in a different bowl, grind in a blender. Try the taste. Not enough herring, add.
step-6
7. Distribute the cheese in the bowls, so that the weight of all bowls had the same consistency. Put the cheese somewhere more, somewhere less.
step-7
8. Prepare gelatin. Pour gelatin into a bowl and fill with cold, boiled water, give time to swell. Then warm, but not boil, and pour evenly into bowls with the ground. Carefully stir. The white mass, add less gelatin, look at the volume in the bowls. I left on 6 tbsp gelatin in 3 bowls and 3-4 tbsp of gelatin into the white mass.
step-8
9. Prepare the ramekins under the coat. I have silicone, not oil lubricated. Put in molds the first layer (1 tbsp) and refrigerate until firm.
step-9
10. With the second and third layer do the same thing. In order not to take up space in the fridge I have a "fur coat" froze on the balcony. The main thing is not to perepoloshit.
step-10
11. Put finger coat on a cracker, decorate and serve. I suggest you take this mould as I have a hole in the middle. In the middle you can put a sprig of parsley, green onion, a little cucumber and a slice of sweet pepper. Bon appetit!
