Today I want to offer you a very tasty and quick to prepare halva. For this recipe I cook for years. The same of sunflower seeds and nuts (walnut, hazelnut, peanut). Help yourself!
Cup nuts (sunflower seeds) and fry at 200°C for 5 minutes. (I fried in the microwave in the "Aero") and grind into very fine crumbs using a blender. If there is no blender mince with a fine grid. Nuts possible more densely to lay in a glass (to make it less empty space).
Fry in a pan with a thick bottom the flour to a nice Golden brown.
In a Cup pour the ground nuts and roasted flour. Mix well.
In a saucepan pour the sugar, pour the oil and water. To increase while stirring the mixture to a boil and boil (over medium heat) until the sugar is dissolved. Remove the mixture from the heat and allow to cool for 10-15 minutes.
Pour the syrup into a Cup of the dry mixture and mix thoroughly.
Put the resulting mass into the form and well compacted. Put into the refrigerator for 4 hours (and preferably overnight).
