Cooking
Zucchini wash, dry and slice along the long thin ribbons using peelers or slices. The thinner slice them, the faster marinated. Put the zucchini strips in a bowl, add salt and leave for 30 minutes (can be longer) - the zucchini will be juicy.
To prepare the marinade. In a bowl to combine chopped dill, oil, garlic ( passed through press), honey (can substitute sugar), vinegar (can substitute lemon. juice or Your favourite vinegar) and pepper. Mix well.
With zucchini drain the liquid, gently squeeze to add our marinade. Mix thoroughly. Put into the refrigerator for 2-3 hours, until tender, a couple of times can during this time to mix.
