Cheese soup with smoked chicken
Very fragrant, with a delicate creamy taste soup with smoked chicken and melted cheese! Quick, incredibly delicious and hearty! Do your homework, try it, you will beg me to cook it again and again! It was love at first spoonful!

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    3 piece

  • Cheese

    3 Tbsp

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Dill

    1 coup

  • Salt

  • Turmeric

  • Black pepper

  • Sunflower oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Chicken thigh

In a saucepan, pour 1.5 liters of water. (If someone has a frozen chicken broth, add it, the flavor will be more intense). Smoked chicken thighs (I have small pieces 2) put on to cook, sprigs of dill and cutting the stems too, in a broth, and more tender greens wait ready meals...) Add a pinch of turmeric. Cook after boiling for 10 to 15 minutes.

Meanwhile, finely chop the onion and fry until transparent in vegetable oil.

Add to the onions grated on a medium grater carrots, fry for 2 mins.

Potato peel, cut into strips.

Take out from broth thighs and cut in small pieces, sparing the bones.

Now remove from the broth, fennel stalks, add the potatoes, meat and peretarka, 3 tablespoons cream cheese, stir and cook for 10 mins on medium heat until cooked potatoes. Then salt, pepper to taste. Give 5 min. to steep, and poured into plates, add the dill.

I like right in the bowl slightly mash the potatoes with a spoon that it enriched the broth with their mashed potatoes and little fried croutons are! This is awesome! One of my favorite soups!
