Jap soup
A delicious soup based on soy sauce, with added mushrooms, nori and kelp, is very useful after the winter holidays. Very easy and quick recipe!

Ingredients

  • Green onions

  • Seasoning

  • Shrimp

    1 piece

  • Algae

  • Sea Kale

  • Soy sauce

    150 ml

  • Water

  • Mushrooms

  • Chicken egg

Cooked mushrooms cut into 4 pieces.

Eggs boil, peel and cut in half.

In a small saucepan, pour water and add the soy sauce. Put it on the stove and bring to a boil.

Fish cut into small squares and put into boiling water. Cook for 5 minutes.

Lay the rice noodles and cook for 3 minutes. Time watch definitely, rice noodles can not digest, it will become hard. Maximum boiling - 5 minutes!

Shrimp, thawed and cleaned, put together with rice noodles.

Add seaweed and Chuka seaweed, cook for another 2 minutes and turn off heat.

While the cabbage is cooking, cut nori seaweed into arbitrary rectangles. Put them in the finished soup. Before, otherwise they will dissolve! This ingredient is mandatory, so it gives the right flavour and taste to our dish.

Along with the nori, put chopped green onion, salt, pepper and give the soup to infuse for 10 minutes. (I put a little bit of Bulgarian pickled peppers, but just for color).
