Infused dried cherries.
Ingredients

Cherry

Sugar
1 cup

Dry red wine
2 cup

Vodka
0.5 cup
Cooking
My cherries, spread in a glass jar.
In a small saucepan pour the wine, add sugar and heated. Turn off the heat. Add vodka and stir.
Pour the cherries with the mixture. Close the jar. Stored in a dark place, periodically shake.
