Description
Delicious, healthy jam. I love winter, when sick, open a jar of jam and put 2 to 3 teaspoons of tea. Temperature and cold as a hand removes. My favorite medicine.

Cooking
Raspberries go through. I don't mine.
In a saucepan, boil water and fill there sugar.
Bring to the boil and complete dissolution of sugar.
Pour raspberries. Bring to a boil.
Cook for 10-15 minutes, skimming.
While cooking the jam, I sterilized jars and lids. The old fashioned way.
Take a normal kettle Soviet era, put it in a colander and sterilized clean jars and lids.
Spread jam on banks and roll.
