Potatoes
My family gathered some fans of potatoes. Therefore, seeing a new dish with her favourite, hands reach to cook. The idea of cooking this dish is taken from the November issue of the magazine "BLIC. Cooking."

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    6 piece

  • Brisket

    300 g

  • Onion

    3 piece

  • Garlic

    5 tooth

  • Vegetable oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Seasoning

The tubers of potatoes, well my (not clean) and cook in salted water with spices until soft. The water is then drained off, the potatoes slightly cooled and cut into neat slices.

Garlic clear, skip through chesnokodavku. Gently mix the potatoes with the garlic and spices.
