Cooking
For the sauce we need.
The quinces and cut into small cubes, ginger RUB on a small grater, grind the nuts.
Quince fry in vegetable oil for 3-4 minutes.
Add the nuts and ginger, simmer on low heat for 4 minutes. Add honey, simmer, stirring, another 2 minutes.
The resulting sauce to cool, grind in a blender (don't blend - in sauce needs to stay the slices of quince).
