Cooking
In a saucepan put the milk, water, sugar, vanilla and bring to a boil. Cook on low heat, not to run away.
Meanwhile, in another pan put oil, almonds, peeled and finely chopped and the semolina. Fry on medium heat for about 5 minutes, stirring constantly, the mass will swell.
Add the hot syrup to the semolina, stirring constantly on low heat. Add gently semolina because it will splash. Cook, stirring constantly, until, until thickened mass and will not move away from the sides of the pan.
Once the paste is ready, remove from the heat and add the coconut. Mix well.
Take a muffin tin and spread half of the mass, in another part add cocoa and spread on top of white halva. Those who want without cocoa, immediately spread the entire mass into shape.
Put the form in a cool place. Once cooled, turn over onto a plate and sprinkle with coconut.
