Salad
Salad with crab sticks, Korean carrots, corn and cauliflower. Had myself on a course of action, was based on carrots and sticks, else added and very successfully. Could not think of a name at all, only because of the color of lettuce.

Ingredients

  • Cauliflower

    200 g

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Crab sticks

    1 pack

  • Carrots

    100 g

  • Corn

    0.5 can

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Mayonnaise

    7 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

    1 tsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Cauliflower and eggs to boil. The cabbage in salted water until tender. Eggs - hard boiled. Cabbage finely chop. Hard parts I used.

Add to the cabbage sliced eggs.

Crab sticks..

Korean carrot, a little chop, add to salad.

Pepper, cut into cubes.

Add the corn (drain the liquid).

Salt and pepper - to taste. Squeeze lemon juice, add mayonnaise.
